The primary responsibility of a Superintendent is to manage the on-site day-to-day construction activities of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of materials, subcontractor services, and schedules to meet completion dates. The Superintendent is responsible and held accountable for implementing the requirements of the company’s Safety and Health Program on the jobsite. Jobsite Responsibilities: Manage projects from pre-planning to completion. Create, manage critical path methods (CPM) schedule. Updated weekly. Manage compliance with quality control standards.
