As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist potential tenants with their housing needs and ensure a positive leasing experience. *Duties* - Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide information on available units - Process lease applications and renewals - Utilize AppFolio (and Findigs) or similar software to maintain accurate leasing records - Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and related documents - Handle inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding leasing terms and property amenities - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections as needed - Utilize real estate administrative skills to support the leasing process - Familiarity with Section 8, LIHTC, and other housing programs is a plus - Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and in person. - Assist prospective residents with the app
