PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and manage international and domestic shipments by working closely with both internal and external customers. Ensure all shipments comply with regulatory requirements and are accompanied by accurate documentation, such as commercial invoices and packing lists, submitted promptly to carriers or forwarders. Collaborate with Production and Sales teams to plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of samples, materials, and products from suppliers to customers. Work with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize transportation and delivery processes. Prepare all necessary documentation for the international transportation of life science products. Track shipments, address delays promptly, and provide regular updates to management.
