GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Under the direction of the President & Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for providing direction and guidance to all financial areas within the Corporation on a supervisory basis; the development of long-range financial plans; and the maintenance of financial public relations activities.
