POSITION SUMMARY The billing clerk will gather data, calculate charges and fees, and create AIA billing and standard invoices for billing purposes for multiple departments in the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions Statements Create AIA billing invoices promptly according to contract guidelines and company practices; submit invoices to customers. Creates billing invoices of bonds to contracts. Verifies that change orders have been entered into the system. Verifies the accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors. Completes and submits lien waivers when required. Researchers any customer discrepancies related to billing and communicates those discrepancies to the Project Manager and customer for clarification and resolution. Analyze contracts and execute the accurate setup of billing processes. Performs other related duties as assigned.
