The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reconciling weekly time-card discrepancies and maintaining employee benefits programs. Responsibilities Reconcile weekly payroll time-card discrepancies with department managers. Pay and record employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Maintain employee files. Perform account reconciliation and journal entries related to benefits transactions. Distribute/enter new hire into payroll/accounting system. Qualifications Familiarity with accounting principles (primarily accounts payable) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY Greet and escort guests to rooms. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property.
