Overview Performs standard and some specialized Electroencephalograph recordings, long term video monitoring, and trains to perform evoked potential testing in the EEG Laboratory and all inpatient care areas of the medical center. They play a critical role in diagnosing neurological conditions such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, brain injuries, strokes, and other disorders affecting brain function. EEG technicians work closely with epileptologist, neurologists, physicians, and other medical professionals to ensure accurate data collection and patient care.
