CLASSIFICATION TITLE: Adult Mental Health Case Manager GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a FLSA non-exempt position. The incumbent is responsible for providing case management services to individuals over the age of 18 years old with a primary diagnosis of serious mental illness.
