What you will do The Senior Director Operations for ACS (Air Control Systems) USA leads our 6 ACS Plants in the USA with $300M in revenue and 1100 people . You will be accountable to drive the day to day operation, ensure the safety of our employees, quality and service levels for our customer, drive the Lean transformation (ADMS) and achieving the P&L targets. You will be heavily involved in shaping the future of the business, through creation and execution of strategic initiatives included in the 3-5 year Hoshin Kanri, while developing the team through coaching at the Gemba. Also you will leverage best practices across the plants, participate and sponsor Kaizens, support and coach the team at the Gemba , demonstrating Servant Leadership while improving SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost).
