The Sales Service Specialist will determine customer needs, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that customer requirements are met. This individual will be the LEED certified consultant to the sales service team and help the team do submittals and answer difficult questions (EHS / LEED). Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries in a prompt, professional manner. Determine needs of customer and recommend products. Seeks out other internal resources when needed. Supports customers in solving application problems and other complicated problems. Oversees and ensures that large projects are complete, accurate and ship in a timely manner. Creates pricing for complex jobs (including but not limited to takeoffs) Monitors and assigns work to other Sales Service Specialists.
