There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant. Despite, the company maintains an entrepreneurial spirit. Management is professional but may to act on employee feedback. Working here has allowed me to stretch my abilities and explore new paths I hadn’t considered before. While not every process is perfect, overall the experience is satisfying and offers meaningful work.
