It’s a decent employer in a competitive healthcare job market. The leadership genuinely cares, and you can feel it in how they interact with employees and patients alike.

The workplace culture is incredibly inclusive and respectful, valuing diversity among both staff and patients. Opportunities for promotion exist but aren’t always transparent. The tools and resources provided make it easier to do our jobs well.

There's an unwavering commitment to ethical medical practices and strong patient advocacy. What stands out is the genuine commitment to both patients and employees. However, management doesn’t always communicate changes effectively. Communication from leadership is clear and particularly inspiring. The team environment makes challenging days more tolerable. The clinic maintains equipment impeccably and upgrades regularly. My experience here has been satisfactory overall.
