Job Title: Welder Reports to: Weld Lead Department: Welding Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Position Summary: Creates quality cabinet welds according to product specification and blueprints. Resolves problems and notifies supervisor of deficiencies and issues regarding completion. Essential Responsibilities: Create quality welds according to blueprints (weld symbols). Inspect welds for accuracy. Set up equipment and weld parts together using TIG, MIG, gas welding, brazing and any combination of arc welding processes. Change wire, welding, as needed; Change gas tanks, as needed Responsible for the proper stacking, identifying and moving of all finished products to the proper location. Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use. Performs first piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by RMF standards. Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required. Perform simple maintenance
