Master Scheduler/ Supply Planner What you will do? Johnson Controls is seeking a Master Scheduler/ Supply Planner for the plant located at San Antonio, TX. The Master Scheduler will work closely with sales and the plant to ensure Johnson Controls’ production plans are effectively setup to enable the plant to be successful. The Master scheduler will be responsible for developing the production schedule, communicating it out to the organization and managing all plan changes. How you will do it? Create the assembly line specific build schedules over the near-term horizon (0-12 weeks). Align with Sales & Demand planning on the sales & deliverable build requirements that drive the plan. Align with the Manufacturing Engineers assigned to each shop to understand shop constraints and incorporate these into the scheduling algorithm. Key point of communication between plant and BSNA team. Also, will be in direct communication with OTM planners, to ensure correct assignation and follow up on daily OB shipments.
