Rosa Mexicano is looking for an experienced, Las Vegas based Catering Sales Manager who will work with our Marketing Team and Director of Operations to drive companywide catering sales in a commission incentivized role. The Catering Sales Manager will assist in ensuring execution that all booked onsite, and offsite events needs are met and communicate with restaurant management teams at each location to coordinate appropriate event set up based on generated event orders. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting Rosa Mexicano's high standard of operational excellence and collaborate with our in-house Marketing Department to ensure each restaurant has the appropriate marketing materials needed from the Private Events and Catering Department. The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for all private dining and catering sales of the restaurant, including, but not limited to sales outreach and event coordination and execution.
