Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team of buyer-planners to meet production goals. Develop and manage production plans based on customer orders, forecasts, and material availability. Work with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Monitor production progress and make adjustments to stay on track. Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, manufacturing) to ensure smooth production. Manage inventory and work closely with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies. Assist in planning for new products and ensuring materials and capacity are ready. Handle supplier relations, obtain quotes, and manage purchase orders. Qualifications: Planning experience in manufacturing. Strong skills in MS Teams, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel. Experience with Oracle Cloud or Thruput is a plus.
