Spanish Oaks Hospice serves 17 counties in southeastern and middle Georgia. With two locations to adequately serve our communities. Our founding location is 8510 Whitfield Ave in Savannah just off Montgomery Cross Roads. Our Savannah location has served the families of Chatham, Effingham, Bryan and Liberty counties since 2002. In April of 2011 Spanish Oaks Hospice-Bellville was opened and serves the communities in Appling, Bulloch, Candler, Emanuel, Evans, Jeff Davis, Long, Montgomery, Tattnall, Toombs, Treutlen, Wayne and Wheeler counties.
