The school is currently operated by four Seventh-day Adventist churches: Beavercreek, Centerville, Kettering, and Miamisburg. The Ethan Temple Seventh-day Adventist Church is an affiliated church. Although SVA is a parochial school operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, students of all religious faiths are welcomed as a part of the school family, and their positive contributions to the school are appreciated.
