Job Description The Runner-Busser is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met. As host, you'll be the conductor of the orchestra that is service. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for guests' experiences. You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests according to server availability. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. You are also the last note of the experience, and will wish guests farewell and invite them to come back.

As busser, you set the stage for service: setting & clearing tables, assisting servers and attending to customers' needs. You should be a team player and enjoy working at a fast pace. If you're not already, you'll become a multitasking pro. With experience and a great attitude, this role could lead to more opportunities, like becoming a server.

As bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.

As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
