In addition to maintaining consistent quality programs, the QC Manager follows compliance related to Organic, Kosher, Halal, BRC, and FDA. Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of HACCP and CCP's. Develops SOP's and training in all programs will be a key deliverable for this role.
