Tidewater Staffing Solutions is assisting our Medina headquartered Manufacturing client with the search for a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst. The starting compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 depending on background and experience of the candidate. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: •Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations. •Work on special projects driving process improvements in North America. •Serve as integral team member related to intercompany activities (domestic and foreign). •Serve as "utility" player who participates in both general accounting and finance operations projects. •Participate in financial and other audits. •Participate in the annual budget process. •Support the annual physical inventory. Skills and Experience Required: •Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. •5+ years of accounting and finance experience including MANUFACTURING experience. •Strong personal computer skills including Excel, Access and Word. •Solid ERP experience.
