There’s a very low level of internal politics here. Training is adequate but basic. The projects are challenging and diverse, which keeps things interesting and allows skill development. Supportive management and flexible work hours.

Workload is manageable, not challenging. I never feel guilty about taking time off when needed, and the culture actively discourages burnout. In my five years here, I've been promoted twice and taken on increasingly challenging projects.
