This is a stable workplace with consistent hours. There's little emphasis on creativity, and change is implemented unless pushed from the top down. The onboarding process was organized and helpful. Not much room for creativity, but that’s expected in manufacturing. It's refreshing to be part of a company that truly values its employees' contributions and invests in their long-term success and overall well-being. Schedules are consistent, and shifts are rarely disrupted. Staff are empowered to make decisions, and managers support innovation.

Facilities are clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled, creating a comfortable work environment. The benefits are generous and consistent with industry standards. Tasks are assigned clearly, and performance expectations are measurable. I’ve worked in several manufacturing facilities over the years, and this one is by far the best.
