The Role: Reporting to the AVP, Finance the Finance Manager is responsible for performing duties related to the finance functions for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty North America (US+ Canada). This role will partner with various North America Business functions and Local/Global Finance teams in ensuring a timely and accurate forecast/budgets preparation, month end close, various analysis, cost controlling and preparation of useful financial reports. The role will contribute towards building and developing a robust finance function to support continued growth of the North America business.
