he Global Pricing Analyst (GPA) provides software pricing and costing analysis to the sales team. The GPA work is done in a primarily reactive environment, and may require the coordination of multiple requests simultaneously, often with fast turnaround times. Additionally, the GPA must be comfortable with a Global market, including working with cross functional and pursuit teams in different time zones and with different currencies and exchange. The GPA collaborates with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Product Management to develop compelling and competitively positioned enterprise software pricing proposals. The ability to understand multiple product solution offerings, pricing concepts (e.g., margin protection, price waterfall, price levers), markets, legacy deals and pricing offerings is necessary as the Pricing Consultant is expected to provide guidance and insight to the pursuit team. Support the order management process, particularly during month-end and quarter-end closing periods.
