I like how each shift runs like clockwork, with clear expectations and strong teamwork. There is no limited interaction across departments, and collaboration is emphasized. Employees are provided with the tools and training needed to succeed. I deeply appreciate and highly value the company's strong, unwavering emphasis on ethical media practices, responsible storytelling, and promoting diverse and inclusive narratives in all aspects of our creative work. Great team environment with clear goals and expectations.

Most departments function well independently, but inter-department communication could improve. Management recognizes that experienced production workers are the company's greatest asset. It's gratifying to be part of an organization that consistently produces excellent products while maintaining such high standards for employee treatment and development. The work environment is professional but sometimes bureaucratic and resistant to change.
