The Purchasing Agent Clerk is responsible for processing daily operating purchase orders, receivers, invoices and along with other purchasing administrative tasks for the plant. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process requisitions for plant materials, supplies, and parts. Receive & Process invoices from Energy.AP email for timely payment. Reconciling vendor statements. Assist in managing relationships with reliable vendors & suppliers. Review new vendor information for accuracy before being set up. Maintain tracking spreadsheets for local vendors.
