Texas Investors Title is a full service title company located in Boerne, Texas. As an independent agent we represent multiple underwriters for whom we issue title insurance policies. We have ownership in an abstract plant that is computerized and updated daily, and we are only fifty yards away from the Kendall County Courthouse. Although Texas Investors Title is a small company in a small town, our capabilities are large. The president and primary closer is Steve Vallone, who recently moved here from Houston. Steve has 37 years of closing experience, and has closed some of the largest and most complex deals in Texas. From 1979 to 2006 Steve was the President and part owner of Texas State Title in Houston, prior to its sale to Stewart Title Company. With a background of closing apartment projects, office buildings, retail centers, ranches and high end homes, Steve and Texas Investors Title are positioned well to service a wide variety of customers. The computerized escrow systems and supporting equipment are state of the art, and equal to anything available to the industry in Houston or Dallas. Since many of our customers do business in multiple locations and counties, we often arrange for out of county title companies to examine the title, and we take care of the closing. The fees are shared along with the duties, and our customers benefit from having the same closing team do all of their transactions. We also have the ability to work with the examining title company to resolve title issues, so that the legal fees for our customers are minimized. In an industry where the forms and the rates are identical for all companies, only service can distinguish one company from its competition. Performance is our priority, and we realize that a successful transaction often hinges on having a title company that is responsive, experienced and proactive. We ask for an opportunity to show you what we can do to make your next transaction smooth, pleasant and productive. If we can do that, we will have made a new friend and ...
