We include developmental and recreational programs and build toward competing in the USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program. Our parkour program is one of the largest in the country. We created our parkour program before it was known and have worked with and staff key members in the national parkour community. Our CrossFit program incorporates aspects from a wide variety of sports and the workouts are varied. We have experts on hand to safely teach you proper techniques. Learning how to perform these exercises correctly increases your rate of improvement and greatly reduces the risk of injury. You will be amazed at what you are capable of in a very short time. As the first CrossFit affiliate in Marin county and having founders involved in the early development of CrossFit globally we have more experience than anyone else in Marin. We can help you obtain a high degree of fitness regardless of your starting point.
