Our mobile program also brings top quality private instruction and activities to client homes or chosen sites, and each coaching team is equipped with a full scope of fun gymnastics props and equipment, provided by the program. This position involves coaching recreational gymnastics and general fitness and flexibility to preschool and school aged children. Classes are held both indoors and outdoors at school sites and recreational locations. Each 30-45 minute group class incorporates a wide range of gymnastics skills, drills, games, and music designed to enhance fitness, flexibility, strength, and discipline.
