After 13 incredible years with the Ritz Carlton, Chef Rob was offered the ability to showcase his talents as the Executive Chef of Southern California's newest and grandest property of all, The Montage. Since 2010, Rob has overseen all culinary operations and has been extraordinarily successful. Chef Rob is a graduate of Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York, and he was named Chef of the Year in 2008 by Chef Magazine. He enjoys the outdoors and activities such as: surfing, stand up paddle boarding, snowboarding and riding motorcycles.
