Key Responsibilities: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and furniture. Empty trash cans and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly. Clean interior windows, glass doors, and mirrors. Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low. Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Sunday - Thursday 1:30pm-10pm 40 hours/week Take proper food and equipment temperatures. Under the direction of a cook, prepares food for cook's finish production including chopping vegetables and meats, assembling marinades and sauces. Gathers ingredients according to a culinary production sheet. Uses a variety of kitchen equipment including electric fryer, steamer, slow cooker, gas stove, gas oven, grill, knives, slicer, buffalo chopper and mixer. Records waste, inventory, production amounts and equipment temperatures. Prepares food according to production sheet and standard recipe with established food preparation procedures. Keeps work surfaces and equipment clean and clear of debris. Uses commercial strength chemicals to clean, sanitize and polish.
