Tri-County Block & Brick, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that has had it's home in Swanton, Ohio since 1953. The owners, Forrest and Roberta Cooley, located their business originally on Airport Highway (at the time known as the Chicago Pike) 1/4 mile east of Main Street on the south side of the highway. At the time we had a capacity of 2,000 block a day and the help of two employees,
