The Tri-County Help Center is a private non-profit corporation that provides an array of services to the residents of Belmont, Harrison and Monroe Counties in Ohio. The Help Center has its administrative offices in St. Clairsville, and maintains a full-time office in Cadiz and Woodsfield.
