The professional development programs are outstanding - I've grown more here in three years than in a decade elsewhere. Overall, it’s a solid, predictable place to work. It's inspiring to work where the mission is lived daily at every level of the organization. Resources are allocated equitably across schools.

What stands out is how the organization adapts to educational trends while maintaining core values. The staff are well-meaning and approachable. Positive workplace culture encourages innovation and creative problem-solving. Very easy to work with at every level. Experiences vary depending on the team handling specific issues. Work-life balance is respected and valued. There’s rarely pressure to overperform, but little recognition for going above expectations. Collaboration across departments is effective.

Bureaucracy can sometimes delay progress. Excellent work-life balance and predictable hours with supportive colleagues. Decision-making take time and communication from upper management can be inconsistent. The onboarding and training experience were excellent, providing a smooth transition into my role. However, the mission is admirable, and coworkers are generally supportive.
