Job Description Job Description About the Job: The Porter reports to the Community Manager and The Resident Services Supervisor. This individual supplements maintenance, landscape and management efforts to keep the property in a clean and orderly condition that will meet company standards and attract residents. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist management in maintaining high occupancy by daily attention to the appearance of the vacant apartments and common areas.
