We need someone who has experience in this field and understands the work ethic it takes to not only provide quality workmanship but also deliver a positive customer experience. The Service Tech will be responsible for conducting walk-throughs of our homes with the customers and making necessary minor repairs. During transport and or settling, the homes can develop slight irregularities. The Service Tech will conduct service calls to repair irregularities such as chipped paint, loose cabinet drawers, Windows that have difficulty opening or closing, doors that have difficulty opening or closing, cracked drywall, installation of screen doors, tape, and texture, vinyl flooring repair, tile repair, grouting, stretching carpet, changing locks, etc. You may also be asked to assist with occasional escorting duties. Responsibilities and Duties: Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data of low, medium and/ or high voltage (to 500kV) electrical systems. Low, Medium and/ or High voltage switchgear and circuit breaker testing Perform inspection, maintenance, testing and repair of transformers, circuit breakers and all related equipment – 45 KVA to 130 MVA, dry type and/ or oil filled. Perform maintenance, testing, reconditioning and repair on circuit breakers – low voltage 480 volt (molded case and air-magnetic) and medium voltage up to 15 KV (air-magnetic and vacuum). POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Carries out routine tasks necessary in preparing and serving foods required for patients. Assures competent, efficient and timely performance of duties and assignments when complying with University Health and Food Service Department policies and safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations for proper care and use of foods, supplies and equipment.
