Responsibilities: Define and manage a robust hardware engineering process to deliver high-quality, customized, and repeatable solutions. Oversee the technical relationship with hardware OEM and ODM partners, including driving requirements, qualifications, defining and managing Statements of Work (SOWs), and addressing any quality issues or product defects. Collaborate with the CTO and product management to select industry-leading partners and solutions aligned with the solution roadmap. Work with product management to define and deliver essential components for Server, Storage, and Networking. Select and manage partnerships with third-party software vendors, including Software-Defined Storage providers.
