Job Description: LEAD ROOFTOP INSTALLER JOB DESCRIPTION COMMERCIAL (NOT RESIDENTIAL) SOLAR EXPERIENCE A MUST! CLASSIFICATION/POSITION TYPE: Non-Exempt/Full-Time/Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (40 Hours/Week) with occasional evening and weekend overtime. REPORTS TO: Operations Director OVERVIEW: Working under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, the Lead Rooftop Installer will be responsible for the planning, direction and coordination of daily activities pertaining to solar installation and maintenance of an assigned project in accordance with company guidelines.
