Scheduler schedules procedures according to established guidelines. Scheduler provides accurate information and maintains open communication with surgical facilities and physician regarding schedule changes. Duties 1. Schedule surgeries for multiple physicians. 2. Answers the phones in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Co-ordinate preoperative clearances and evaluations. 4. Schedule peer-to-peer evaluations in real-time. 5. Complete daily surgical schedule and distributes as appropriate. 6. Assures appropriate coordination with facilities when special surgical needs occur. 7.
