Job Description The Export Support/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for preparing shipping documentation and coordinating pick up arrangement with assigned freight carriers. The individual will be working closely with EIS Warehouse, manufactures, and production, assisting and handling the needs of existing customers for the team. Essential Functions: Provide a positive customer experience through the promotion of value-added services and logistic support. Prepare essential commercial documentations required for export shipment. Coordinates pick up and freight arrangement with varies warehouses and manufacturers. Facilitate with processing new orders when necessary. Assist with managing customer related issues including rescheduling orders, expedites, corrective actions, and payment.
