The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinic in Los Gatos. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks. Job Responsibilities: Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments Answers and routes incoming calls Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies Receives and organizes deliveries Respects confidentiality of all patients Requests documentation and medication refills from Doctor offices Educational / Professional Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent req

Overview: The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This role is available as regular full time and starts at $24.00 / hour. This position will report to our location at 780 North McDonnell Road at the San Francisco Airport.
