We began as an "all-natural" cookie company called Innisfree Farm Bakery and in 1980 we began baking bread for the local farmer's market and natural food store. Today, we have a much larger facility and although we no longer make cookies, we do produce a full line of breads, English muffins and rolls. Our commitment to using high quality and certified organic ingredients remains the same today as it did over 30 years ago.
