Job Description Job Description The scheduling/logistic coordinator creates and manages our installation schedules at Artelye. We serve all of Maryland, Washington DC, New Jersey, Delaware, Northern Virginia, and south central and eastern Pennsylvania. Installation Scheduling/Logistics Coordinator works with our Customer Service Reps, who initially assign a countertop project to the schedule based on the customer’s requested date. You work directly with the Production Manager, so you know when jobs are fully fabricated and ready for installation. Once jobs have been scheduled on the calendar, you review the scope of work, then assign jobs to approximately 15 teams of installers, based on geography and the installer capabilities. We are currently utilizing Moraware Job Tracker to schedule installations. In addition to Job Flow to follow and track job concerns and progress.
