This position is part of Porter Teleo’s Client Service team, which is responsible for ensuring client retention, and white glove service is at the foundation of all client interactions. The Inside Sales Specialist manages external client engagement, through phone & zoom calls, emails, and direct mailings. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this team member will engage, reengage, and target existing and potential design professional clients. Success requires implementing strategic phone sales strategies, effective communication skills, and time management skills.
