Dal-Tile is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Rep to increase its market share. The Outside Sales Rep will increase the account base by servicing existing customers and expanding the account base through cold calling. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $27,000 and $59,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs. Primary Objective: Increase market share and sales for the Dal-Tile Countertop in the prescribed region/area.
