Job Description: Our client is looking for a veteran in residential custom home building to lead their field team of 4-6 members consisting of 3-4 construction managers, a construction assistant and a service and warranty manager. Our client currently builds 12-20 custom homes per year. Home size is generally 5,000+ square feet, and an average build price of $2.3 million (range of $1.5m - $4m) residing mostly northside of Indianapolis, IN (Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Geist, Indianapolis, etc) with occasional outliers. Goal for this position is to ensure the homes are delivered on time with a high level of quality resulting in a smooth process for our clients, while at the same time preserving/growing profit margin in the project.
