La Plage Restaurant and Oyster Bar at the Delamar Mystic is seeking a passionate and innovative Pastry Chef to run the restaurant's daily pastry operations. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for the production and daily services of the pastry department for both a la carte service and special events. The Ideal Candidate should have 3-6 years experience in an upscale dining setting. He/She has a genuine passion for baking with fresh ingredients and producing a variety of delicious and beautiful desserts, pastries, and ice creams. Experience with laminated doughs and bread is a plus. A pastry/culinary degree is preferred.
