As an RN, you will be responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring patient outcomes, administering medications, and participating in quality improvement projects. You will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists, to deliver comprehensive care to patients during dialysis. Our outpatient clinics offer a consistent weekly schedule with Sundays off, ensuring a healthy work/life balance. You will build lasting relationships with your patients and witness the direct impact of your care on their well-being.
