Summary: The primary responsibility of the credentialed trainer is to provide Epic training and lead new employees in the MyMichigan Medical Group (MMG) or Urgent Care on clinical, clerical, and quality procedures. Also, will provide refresher and continued training where necessary for current staff using the curriculum designed by principal trainers. This includes preparing for virtual or in-person training classes, lunch and learns, setting up the classroom, facilitating the class, and following up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom.
