POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY The Team Lead ("TL") position assists theGeneral Manager ("GM") in managing the hotel operations on a day-to-daybasis toensure optimum performance and continual improvement in the Key Performance Indicators and 100% guest satisfaction.
